Hi there. My name is Liz Horne, and I’m a very proud mom to my amazing son, Sammy. Sammy has worked so hard to overcome so many obstacles regarding his mental health and has been struggling with severe OCD, anxiety, and depression since he was a young child.

Sammy has discussed having a dog with his therapist, and he is confident that having an ESA, or emotional support animal, would help tremendously in his ability to cope with his mental health hurdles.
