Help Samantha continue her journey of resiliency

This is a fundraiser that was inspired by the community’s response to Decision Points , a documentary that was produced by United Way of Greater Cleveland for its 2021 annual community meeting.

Decision Points demystifies poverty through the life and work of Samantha. Samantha is a Cleveland native and a single mom of six children who, despite working full time six days a week and receiving benefits for housing, food, and other expenses, struggles to make ends meet. 



Samantha agreed to tell her story to help other people find help for their families, and Decision Points has garnered the attention of people who want to help Samantha. The money raised through this GoFundMe campaign will go toward a college fund so Samantha can complete nursing school and also help her provide her family’s basic needs.
