<div>If you’ve ever met Sam, you know he’s the heart and engine of Sasaki’s Boston office. Quick, kind, and endlessly dependable, Sam takes care of everyone around him.

<div>Now it’s our turn to take care of him.

<div>Sam is facing an incredibly difficult chapter in his life. Alongside his wife, he’s been caring for their adult daughter, who has been bravely fighting brain cancer since March 2024. They are supporting her through treatments, hospital stays, and long recoveries, while also helping raise her two young children. 
</div>

</div>
<div>This past summer, Sam and his family had to travel out of state for his daughter’s specialized treatments. Unfortunately, none of the related expenses were covered by insurance. Between medical bills, travel costs, and ongoing care needs, the family has incurred significant debt.
</div>

</div>
<div>Before things become even more overwhelming, we’re hoping to rally together — as Sam’s work family, church community, and friends — to help ease this financial burden.
</div>

</div>
<div>Our goal is to raise $20,000 to help Sam pay for this summer’s expenses and to prepare for upcoming treatments, which will again bring costs for travel, ambulance care, medications, and other charges that insurance won’t fully cover.
</div>

<div>Please understand that Sam and his family are very private and have been reluctant to ask for help, so we are creating this opportunity on his behalf to express kindness and care, and to show him he’s not alone.
