Our sweet Jack Russell mix had a mishap with our Corgi and sustained not just a broken tarsal, but a dislocation as well, the initial visit with blood work and orthopedic consult is $1449.93 then the estimated surgery cost is about $2500-$4000 not including blood work, follow ups and pain meds. This is a tough time of year for Sam and Rosey needs pins surgically inserted to fuse the bones. Rosie will lose most of her mobility and range of motion without the surgery. The funds are currently not available to help this sweet girl. Our only other option is forego surgery and attempt to let it heal with a huge risk of it not healing correctly and her being crippled for the rest of her life. We are hoping even a few people can help out since every penny counts right now.

UPDATE: The money had that has been raised has gone to Rosey's orthopedic follow-up and her reevaluation getting a hard cast. The goal has been adjusted to cover the Orthopedist, cast, PT and last follow up with xrays!
