<div>As a transgender man, my body has never felt like it aligns with who I truly am. Over the years, I’ve struggled with gender dysphoria, especially when it comes to my chest. It’s been a constant source of distress, and it has deeply affected my self-esteem and overall mental health. Top surgery is not just a physical procedure for me it’s a chance to finally feel at home in my own body.

<div>This surgery will help me feel more confident, authentic, and at peace with myself. It will allow me to live without the daily anxiety that comes from my chest not aligning with my gender identity.

<div>The Financial Need

<div>Unfortunately, like many transgender people, I do not have the financial means to cover the costs of top surgery on my own. The procedure, along with consultations, pre-surgery requirements, and post-op care, can be very expensive. I have saved as much as I can, but I still need additional help to make this life-changing surgery possible.

<div>The total cost of the surgery, along with related expenses, is approximately £4,500 i have saved half of this I am asking for your generosity to help pay the expenses, so I can focus on healing and moving forward with my transition.
