<div>My friend Sam is 37 and suffered a stroke. He is currently receiving private physiotherapy, but only once every three weeks, which is not enough for meaningful recovery.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>After a stroke, progress depends on consistency. Without regular physiotherapy, Sam risks losing the gains he has already made and spending most of his days inactive instead of improving.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’m raising funds to increase the frequency of private physiotherapy sessions, so Sam has a real chance to rebuild his mobility, strength, and independence.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is very close to my heart because I’ve had a stroke myself. I understand first-hand how vital regular rehab is — and how quickly progress can stall when therapy is too infrequent.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I will be managing the funds and paying the physiotherapist directly on Sam’s behalf.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>£45–£60 covers one private physiotherapy session. Any support at all, even a small donation or a share, would mean a great deal.
