I’m reaching out for help during a really tough time. My sweet cat Salem has recently become very sick and needed an urgent vet visit. He’s been diagnosed with a likely upper respiratory infection that’s affecting his eyes, breathing, and overall comfort.

So far, he’s been prescribed multiple medications (including nasal and eye drops), and I’ve had to keep a close eye on him around the clock while juggling long work shifts. He’s such a fighter, but the cost of his care is growing quickly — and there’s still a chance he’ll need a follow-up visit or additional treatment if he doesn’t improve soon.

The vet visit, medication, and supplies have already cost me over $500 and future expenses could bring the total closer to $700-1300. As much as I wish I could cover this on my own, I’m reaching out to ask for any help you can offer to keep Salem healthy and safe.
