My name is Ubaid, and I’m raising funds for my friend Saifullah, a hardworking husband and father who has fallen on extremely difficult times.

Due to financial hardship, Saifullah was forced to make the painful decision to leave his wife and young daughter behind in a foreign country and return to the United States in hopes of finding work and making ends meet. Despite his efforts, he has recently become homeless while still doing everything he can to provide for his family with the little money he’s able to scrape together.

Right now, Saifullah is trying to find his way back to his wife and daughter, but he urgently needs help. The funds raised will go toward reuniting him with his family and contributing to at least one month of rent while he works to get back on his feet.

I’m calling on the community to give anything they can. I truly believe that the only way we move forward, especially in a time when the odds are stacked against people trying to do the right thing, is by helping one another.

As a Muslim, I believe deeply in charity and looking after one another, especially in times of hardship. By giving, you are helping a father return home to his wife and little daughter. You are helping restore stability to a family and giving a child the security and care that every little girl deserves.
