Dylon Mrnak still needs help with after care

Please help us with his continued after care cost.  Dylon had a rare birth defect that only affects about 1 out of 3 million people in the world. It's called a Colloid Cyst, it sat inside of the right side portion of the brain when it was removed it was about 2 inches in length and 1/2in width. We need help with his after care expenses. Our insurance is covering most but with me taking an unpaid leave to care for him our finances are more than tight. I'm asking for any help to allow me to be there for him and not worry how I'm going to afford it all.  Thank you in advance for any and all help.
