I’m Ryan, and I’m raising funds for myself to make a trip to California to document the fanbase experience of a new WNBA team that may be headed to the finals. This feels like a special moment, and I want to be there to capture what it really means to be part of one of the most exciting fan bases in the league. There is so much more to this story than what people see on the surface. There is history, culture, and community, and I believe that deserves to be seen and shared.

Right now, I need help covering the basics that would make this trip possible: round-trip travel, a place to stay, and the day-to-day living costs while I’m there. Support would give me the breathing room to focus on documenting the fan experience instead of worrying about how I’m going to get by each day. If you’re able to help, I’d be incredibly grateful for your support. Every donation, no matter the size, will help me tell an important story about what it’s like to be a WNBA fan in this moment and why this community matters so much.
