Hoping to raise some funds for housing for my brother as he will be attending Nevada state university this fall. As the first son to attend a university it is with excitement our family congratulates Rufus on his achievements. My brother Rufus has been humble and always put God first in his life goals and track career. His excellence in academics warranted his acceptance into NSU; though he hasn't asked for anything out of humility.
