<div><strong>Help Build the Flowmotion Movement House in Charlotte, NC</strong>
</div>
<div><em>A Home for Movement, Mentorship, and Community Growth</em>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Roudy Badr, founder of Flowmotion — a movement program built on parkour, calisthenics, and creative expression.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Over the past few years, Flowmotion has grown from small outdoor sessions and gym collaborations into a passionate community that moves, learns, and grows together across Charlotte.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Now, it’s time for the next step — to build a true home for this movement.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>The Vision:</strong> <em>The Flowmotion Movement House</em>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Imagine a house transformed into a movement sanctuary — a place where people of all ages can reconnect with their bodies, build strength, and rediscover confidence through movement.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Located in a commercial zone in Charlotte, the Flowmotion House will feature:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Indoor training rooms designed for parkour, calisthenics, and bodyweight training
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>A fully equipped garage turned into a functional movement gym
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>A creative backyard parkour and calisthenics space for safe outdoor sessions
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Workshops and community events that connect generations through movement
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This won’t just be a gym — it will be a home for mentorship, discipline, and personal growth.
</div>
<div>A space where older generations guide the younger ones, and where everyone — kids, teens, and adults — learns to move fearlessly and live fully.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Why This Matters</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Today, many young people lack positive role models and spaces that nurture both physical and personal growth. Flowmotion naturally fills that gap.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Through movement, we teach lessons that go far beyond the walls of the gym — respect, perseverance, teamwork, and self-belief.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’ve seen kids who once struggled with confidence learn to set goals, stay consistent, and carry those lessons into school, friendships, and life. For many, Flowmotion becomes more than training — it becomes mentorship.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As someone who lost everything during the Beirut port explosion and had to rebuild my life from the ground up, I know what it means to start over, to keep moving, and to grow stronger through challenges.
</div>
<div>That same spirit lives in Flowmotion — resilience through movement.
</div>

<div>❤️ <strong>A Message from Me</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Over the years, I’ve seen movement change lives — not just bodies.
</div>
<div>Kids gain confidence. Adults rediscover passion. Communities come together.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>At Flowmotion, we celebrate every fall, every comeback, every small victory — because each one is a step toward strength and self-belief.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With your support, we can create a space that embodies that philosophy — a place where movement builds not only stronger athletes, but stronger people.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Let’s build The Flowmotion Movement House — together.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for believing in this vision.
