<div>Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We're reaching out today with a heartfelt plea for our dear friend Roseanne, who is in desperate need of your help. Her vibrant life has been overshadowed by a chronic, debilitating pain caused by a transvaginal mid-urethral sling (TOT); she is experiencing extreme chronic obturator nerve pain due to a complication from the surgery performed last November. This sling has wreaked havoc on her body, which results in 24/7 excruciating pain with sensations of pins and needles that extend throughout both her legs, along with muscle tremors in her pelvic area and thighs leaving her unable to walk comfortably or enjoy the simple joys of life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Roseanne has always been the rock for those around her, fiercely dedicating herself to taking care of her family, taking care of her and her loved ones’ fur babies, rescuing animals, and working with children who are on the spectrum. If you know Roseanne personally, you know that she LOVES to dance. She is the first one on the dance floor. She brings so much light to the lives of everyone around her and never expects anything in return. Now, she faces a future where the passions that fill her with joy feel like they could be a distant memory.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Even though she is living with this pain, her focus is to educate and warn all women considering this surgery. The transvaginal mid-urethral sling (TOT) can lead to severe complications such as Roseanne’s story so painfully illustrates. Please take the time to research thoroughly, seek multiple medical opinions, and weigh ALL alternatives. You deserve to be fully informed to choose the safest option for your health.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Roseanne’s solution is clear but daunting: an end-to-end removal of the mesh sling, a specialized procedure only a few surgeons in the world can perform successfully - since the implantation procedure is meant to be permanent. Enter Dr. Dionysios Veronikis of St. Louis, Missouri, a leading expert renowned for his skill in mesh removal surgeries. His expertise offers Roseanne the best chance for a pain-free life, but this vital surgery comes at a significant cost.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The total financial goal is $19,800, which covers the surgery ($17,000) and essential travel and accommodation expenses. Unfortunately, Dr. Veronikis doesn't accept insurance, emphasizing the urgency of our fundraising efforts. We have until October 15th to gather the funds, as Roseanne needs to secure travel and lodging arrangements soon.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your support can be a lifeline. By contributing, you're not just helping with the cost of surgery—you're giving Roseanne the chance to reclaim her life, to dance again, and to continue her mission of animal rescue, and working with children on the spectrum, which is so dear to her heart.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>To ensure your contributions go as far as possible, you can donate via GoFundMe, Zelle, or Venmo. These methods help us avoid fees and ensure every dollar supports Roseanne's recovery.

</div>
<div>Please, rally with us in this urgent time of need. A world where Roseanne can smile without pain, walk without fear, and dance with joy again is just within reach. Your generosity can turn this hope into reality.

<div>With deepest gratitude,
