Hello! My name is Rory. I’m starting a GoFundMe in order to raise money for my LAST gender affirming surgery. My insurance will cover most of it, but not the $5,000 deductible. Right now, I have 2 jobs and work 60 hours a week. I work it to pay off our house repairs. I don’t have extra to pay that deductible. This surgery… would change my life. It’s the last thing I need done to FINALLY, at 31 years of age, love my body. It’s been a very long road to accepting myself and I’m ready for it to be done. I’m ready to be happy and love myself in the fullest. I work hard, but no amount of working hard, right now, or who knows how long, will I have the extra money for this. I’m working towards getting phalloplasty surgery done. I’ve had my consultation and we have the whole plan laid out. Originally, I thought it was all covered. After months of back and forth, the consultation, I was hit with the news it wasn’t AND that the hair removal from the donor site wasn’t covered either (the extra $2,000). I figured, the best thing that can happen from starting this is, I get some help. The worst… I get none. Please consider donating. If not, just reposting.
