<div>I am Karin, oldest daughter of Ron and Debbie Hodgdon. My dad is battling stage 2a colon cancer and is having surgery on October 23rd at City of Hope in Southern California. He will likely need a permanent colostomy. The cost for this trip is a burden to my parents, as he hasn’t been able to work for several months now. He will be out of work for some time as he recovers and continues with conventional and  holistic treatments. These prove to be very costly as much is out of pocket. After his recovery from this surgery, he will be undergoing another surgery for a benign tumor in his pituitary gland. This has cause weight loss, muscle wasting, dizziness, sleep disturbances, loss of balance and hormone imbalance. among several other symptoms. This has weakened him, so pray with us, that he will be able to withstand both surgeries in the upcoming few months! We appreciate your help in making this happen for my dad. I know he would be eternally grateful.
