Help Rommel Evangelista Dela Cruz

Hello, my name is Mary Rose Bondoc a concerned close family friend of Rommel Dela Cruz .

Rommel lives in North Battleford Saskatchewan and his working at Pizza Hut Restaurant.

Rommel has been diagnosed with CNS Lymphoma,

he already had lots of complications and he had surgery twice on the head last week because of Hydrocephalus . He has recently undergone insertion of an external ventricular drain and VP shunt and his condition is critical .

He has no family support here in Canada that's why we are processing Rommel's sister Rhea in hopes that she be able to travel and to get a compassionate visa to enter here in Canada to be able to see and holding his combat to his disease and to give more strength to fight his life.

We would greatly appreciate any amount to help Rommel for his msc expenses and travel expenses for his sister that they might have specially at this time he cannot work.
