For the past 21 years, I have been living with kidney disease. In 2017, I received my first kidney transplant, which brought hope for a better future. However, after the transplant, I developed a rare disease called aHUS that damaged my new kidney. The doctors told me my kidney could last a week, a month, or a few years—they simply didn't know. Despite this uncertainty, I have tried to stay strong and keep moving forward. 
 
 
 My health challenges have continued. In 2022, I suffered a stroke, and in August 2020, I stopped breathing for 5 minutes. That same month, my heart stopped for 4 minutes. Each of these moments has been incredibly difficult, but I am determined to keep fighting for my life and my future. Now, I am facing the need for a second kidney transplant, and the journey ahead is filled with medical bills, travel for treatment, and recovery costs. 
 
 
 The funds raised through this campaign will help cover these overwhelming expenses and give me the chance to focus on healing. I am deeply grateful for any help you can provide.  Durante los últimos 21 años, he estado viviendo con una enfermedad renal. En 2017, recibí mi primer trasplante de riñón, lo que me dio esperanza para un futuro mejor.
