Dear Family and Friends, 
 
 
 I hope you’re all doing well. I’m reaching out today because I’m facing a situation that I can’t manage alone. I am currently on dialysis, and due to recent changes in my insurance plan, I am required to pay a large co-pay in order to keep my coverage active. This insurance is essential for me to continue receiving the care and support I need, and unfortunately, the cost is more than I’m able to handle right now. 
 
 
 I am humbly asking for your help. Any contribution—big or small—will bring me one step closer to keeping my insurance and protecting my health.
