Rodney Derrickson was wrongfully imprisoned for 30 years and has finally been granted release, with the help of a group of dedicated students and supporters who believed in him. You can learn more about Rodney through his short documentary, webpage, LinkedIn, petition for justice, and other social media. After spending the last 30 years furthering his education, fighting for his freedom, developing skills, mentoring others, and supporting vulnerable communities in Pennsylvania, he will be entering a different world than the one he was taken from as a child. Please consider offering some financial support to help him start his new life off with some key essentials: housing, food, clothing, and transportation. All donations will go directly to Rodney. We have the opportunity to help make up for the life that was wrongfully ripped away from him, and he will be so grateful for any support you can provide!

To that end, he has also created the Mentoring Youth Tour, where he will visit schools and recreational centers to encourage youth to pursue education and to avoid crime, violence, and prison.
