Help Robin Stone Battle Anaplastic Thyroid Cancer

Robin was just diagnosed with Anaplastic Thyroid Cancer.  This very rare form of thyroid cancer and is quite aggressive and difficult to treat. We are all in shock and our heart goes out to her, and her family and friends.

    Robin Stone is well known as a warrior and advocate for her ongoing commitment to bringing healthcare issues to the attention of our community, all of Iowa and to national politicians.

    The rarity of this type of cancer means she needs treatment options from an oncology specialist. They have told her the plan will likely call for both radiation and chemo – because of this Robin will be taking family leave from work.
