My friend Robin Hillis is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She is a devoted Mother of two daughters and a Grandma to two sweet Grandchildren. One of those grandchildren is in Toronto Sick Kids hospital with a very serious medical condition.
Baby Avianna has been diagnosed with Atrioventricular septal defect AVSD. What that means is Avianna has a hole in her heart. This is causing difficulty with breathing, eating, and gaining weight. She will require surgery to repair the heart. Robin needs to be there to help and be a support for Courtney and Avianna.
