Help Roberto and Family

As owner of McMaster Painting in Chicago, I wanted to start this page for one of my most valuable Foreman & Project Managers. Roberto Esquivel has been an important part of the the growth and success of McMaster, I couldn't have done it without him and his belief in our vision.  He emigrated from Mexico  to the US in 1986 at 14 years old, gained citizenship in his early 20's, and went to work as a productive member of our society.   He is married to Maria and has 3 daughters Ahseret, Yahara, and Crystal.  Anyone that has hired McMaster Painting has probably seen or met Roberto and would know what a great guy he is. He is honest, hard working, and a fantastic craftsman.  He typically manages our higher end projects because I have immense trust & respect for him.  Roberto recently purchased a home which he is super proud of and was starting to get a plan going for retirement. I was so happy to see him doing so well and that my dream of owning my own company was now helping someone else succeed. Things couldn't have been better for him and then life dealt him a setback.

One day at work, he told me he was struggling and I asked him to tell me more.  Once I heard, I told him to go to his Doctor as soon as possible.  When he went to his Doctor they sent him to the Emergency Room where he underwent extensive testing.  Roberto had to undergo open heart surgery that very week which thankfully was a success.  However, he has been unable to work since May and is currently doing physical therapy to get back into shape so he can return to work. He is expected to be ready to return to work in 6 to 8 weeks. Unfortunately, in our profession, you don't get paid unless you work.  He now has medical bills to pay and he has used up his reserves to pay his mortgage and every day bills. He has borrowed from family and friends, and our company has also contributed to help him stay afloat during these hard times. Roberto is the type of guy that would never ask, so I'm asking for him.  He is the epitome of the American Dream and I'm hoping with your help we can keep that dream a reality. This would mean the world to me, I love the guy like family.  Please help, any amount would be greatly appreciated!
