"Hello, my name is Roberta, I am 5 years old and I am in desperate need of having my ovaries removed. My mommy rescued me back in August 2024. I was doing so well in my new home at first, but now I am losing a significant amount of weight and am suffering from an infection. I was recently diagnosed with the following conditions listed below:

1. Follicular stasis with coelomic fluid (ascites)

2. Large ovarian cyst on left side

3. Severe Anemia

The vet says this was caused by not having the appropriate nutrition and environment when growing into adulthood as I am significantly small for my age. The antibiotic I am taking is slowly working to combat the infection, but I cannot survive without my much needed surgery."

She is my best friend & I love her so much! I can't stand to see her suffering ): I have been trying really hard to save up for her surgery, but things have been very difficult. I already work 50+ hours a week to afford our housing & I recently had to take a couple of weeks off from work because of COVID. On top of that, my car broke down the day before Roberta was diagnosed with her conditions, so the loan I took out to cover the cost of repairing my car, does not cover the cost of her desparately needed surgery.
