Help Robert Dimes!

Anyone who has ever met Robert will always fondly remember the wit and sense of humour (and controversial opinions) he's brought along with him everywhere. If anyone could stick a smile on your face, or, let's face it a frown from the wrong opinion it's Robert, his lack of hair, love of McDonald's and "turn the page" guitar playing.

He's a larger than life character if ever there was one, and his nearest and dearest wouldn't have him any other way... even if he is a fan of a certain President!

Robert was diagnosed with cancer, fought it and beat it! Woohoo...

But...

Unfortunately...

last year Robert's stage III colorectal cancer returned after only 9 months in remission, a shock and devastation for Robert, Catt (his wife) and his two children.

Robert has under gone radiation, chemo and most recently surgery. He is now dealing with several side effects, treatments of which are costly and sadly could be permanent.

The medical costs from Robert's treatments, times off work and ongoing care have put a financial stress on this family in addition to the stress and worry of Robert's health and well-being.

My Uncle Robert is a loving husband and father and having to fight this battle has been very hard on him and his family.

Robert lives in America, so unfortunately he doesn't have the support of the NHS for treatment. Due to the side effects and on going challenges his body throws his way Robert hasn't been able to work for quite some time. A lack of income and soaring healthcare bills are making things incredibly difficult for the whole family.

Please help give whatever you can, from $1 dollar to £20 or even €35 . Anything and everything is a step closer to ensuring that he can keep getting the treatment he needs to keep battling through day by day and see his children grow up healthy and happy x
