HELP ROBBY FIGHT GBS SYNDROME

Just a few weeks ago, a vital member of the ACTON ELECTRICAL team was suddenly struck with a condition, which has impacted him, and his family greatly!

 

Robby D "THE ORIGINAL RECIPE" as we call him, is loved and respected by everyone he works with. Rob not only is one of the best tradesman you would come across, but also a devoted husband, and father of four kids.

 

Robby's life consisted of constant physical activities whether it was regarding gym, work, or spending quality time with his kids.

Rob's pride, ethics and leadership in which he resembled at work, just shined through his ability to be such an active, supportive, hard working father.

 

Whether it was playing sports, riding bikes, going to the skate park, he always kept extremely active with his family. Health was one thing he never took for granted, which is why it is has been  devastating to hear how GBS has affected his quality of life.

 

GBS is a condition in which the immune system attacks the nerves, and has left Rob virtually paralysed.

Simple tasks such as standing, walking, sitting up, or even picking up a water bottle, has been stripped from Rob virtually over night.

 

GBS has affected and impacted Robby severely. We want to give Robby, his family and loved ones, the best chance possible on his road to recovery, which will involve extensive rehabilitation and unfortunately is not a covered medical cost, which is starting to quickly escalate.
