While I am in the UK, my wonderful mother is looking after him and managing his treatment in Greece. We are facing an overwhelming financial burden and desperately need your help.

<div>​Riley was diagnosed with Evans Syndrome and severe autoimmune thrombocytopenia, a rare and aggressive condition where his own immune system attacks his body. The illness is destroying his red blood cells and platelets. Platelets are the cells that allow blood to clot, and Riley's severe lack of them led to a terrifying emergency. He was vomiting blood and having bloody diarrhea, which required an emergency blood transfusion just to save his life.

<div>​After several terrifying days in the hospital, he is finally home. However, the fight isn't over. He is now on a rigorous and expensive regimen of daily medications to suppress his immune system and requires frequent follow-up blood tests to monitor his condition.

<div>​The cost for his emergency care, blood transfusions, and hospitalization has already reached thousands of euros. We have exhausted our savings, but we refuse to give up on him.

<div>​Your donation will help us pay off his emergency vet bills and continue his life-saving treatment at home. The funds raised will be withdrawn to my UK bank account and immediately transferred to my mother in Greece to cover Riley's expenses.

Η ασθένεια καταστρέφει τα ερυθρά αιμοσφαίρια και τα αιμοπετάλιά του.
