As many of you heard, Rick Copeland suffered a second stroke last week. Rick is currently at St. Louis University Hospital but will move to a Rehab facility on Monday, 3/12.
What you may not know is that Rick has had a difficult time working since his first stroke 3 years ago and he is still trying to get SSI Disability benefits.
This latest stroke is going to require a significant rehab stint. In addition to medical bills and rehab, there will need to be modifications to the home he shares with his mother.
Over the years, Rick has been a great friend, brother and uncle. Marsha Copeland always opened her home to all and anyone who came through their door was considered family. It is now time for us to return the favor.
The funds from this campaign will help with co-payments, pay down medical bills, provide transportation and modify their house.
