In August, I lost my job as an administrative assistant. Since then, I’ve used up my savings just trying to keep up with rent, groceries, and bills. The stress and uncertainty have been overwhelming, and I’m doing everything I can to avoid falling behind.

 Right now, I’m facing the real fear of eviction and the possibility of becoming homeless. I live with my dog, Lucy, who has been my constant companion through all of this. When I cuddle with her, I feel less alone and a little more hopeful, even on the hardest days.

 I’m reaching out for help because I want to keep a roof over our heads and make sure Lucy and I have what we need to get through this tough time.
