Help Reunite Patty With Her Family

Norma Martinez also known as Patty has been detained and taken into custody by ICE and is now being held in the Eloy Detention Center located in Eloy, AZ. She has been separated from her five children ages 7, 10, 14, 22, and 25. On March 11, 2019 an ICE agent has set her immigration bond at $12,000. Our goal is to raise $12,000 by this Thursday, March 14 in hopes of reuniting her with her children.
On March 6, 2019, Patty was on her way to pick up her youngest children from school when she was suddenly pulled over by a border patrol agent for a civil infraction. Patty was wrongly accused by a border patrol agent of going 55mph on a 65mph road. After being pulled over and questioned about her legal status, multiple border patrol agents had arrived on scene which was then followed by Patty being taken into custody. She had no contact with her family until the following day when she informed them that she had already been processed into the Eloy Detention Center. She has now been held in the detention center for five days.
Patty has been living in Tucson, AZ for more than 22 years with her children. In those years, Patty has demonstrated to be a woman of faith and gratitude as she has devoted her life to the service of others and her involvement with multiple Catholic parishes and is highly known in the community. Her children fully depend on her as she works hard to support them and provide for them. As of right now, her two oldest children, Karen who attends the University of Arizona while also working part-time along with Juan are currently the backbone of the family and doing their best to fill in for their mom and provide for their youngest siblings.
Please contribute what you can to help free Patty from the Eloy Detention Center so she can finally reunite with her five children. Both Karen and Juan are facilitating the collection for their mother so that a single payment can be made to a bond guarantor.
