Reunite Pancho and His Family

Pancho Juan

On Tuesday, October 27th Pancho was taken from his family; his 6 month old son, his 16 year old little sister whom he'd adopted, and his wife. He has lived in America since he was 2 years old. He grew up in Arcadia, Florida, and he graduated from DeSoto High School in 2017.

What Happened and Costs

On October 27th my husband was picked up by ICE and is now sitting in an immigrant facility, Krome Detention Center in Miami, awaiting to hear a judges verdict on how much it will cost him to be allowed to return home to his family. It could run to $20,000. We have until November 16th to raise enough to bring him home to his family, and we have to be prepared for however much it will be.

Pancho’s family came together and got him a lawyer; his lawyer filed a motion for bail, which was the first step, and now they're awaiting the results. They've paid the startup for the lawyer, but it will run another $6500 or more when he is home, as Pancho starts his journey for citizenship. He is an American at heart, and he deserves to be with his family. He’s known nothing but America his entire life, this is his home.

We're trying to raise as much as we can, so that no matter what the verdict is, we'll be able to bring Pancho home.

His Family Needs Him

Pancho is the sole financial provider for his family, and since he's been taken, they have had tremendous financial strife, and any leftover money after the bail is paid will go to their lawyer.

His son, Emrys, just had his first Halloween. He dressed up as a baby dragon, and he tried to stand up on his own for the first time. Pancho was locked up by immigration, he missed Emrys' first major holiday, and these pivotal moments in his baby's development. Thanksgiving is approaching soon. We hope to bring him home before then, back to his family, and the life he has worked hard to build for himself. Every moment in a baby’s life is an important one, and because of him being taken, who knows how much of them he’ll miss.

Pancho Juan is a great man, and he has always worked hard to provide everything for his family. He has never once taken government help financially or in any other sort of way, and he has paid his taxes every year since his senior year of high school. He's not a troublemaker. He's not any sort of danger to anyone, he just wants his family, and to make memories with his son through his first holidays.

Emrys, Pancho's son, relies on his father to take care of them in order to get treatment and pay for transportation for his heart. His adorable little man was born with pulmonary stenosis, a condition that could potentially be fatal if it’s not monitored. On top of the problems Emrys has with his heart, he is dealing with a multi-cystic dysplastic kidney, which means over time one of his kidneys will slowly shrink until it is no longer there. With these problems present, Emrys needs his father.

Pancho adopted his younger sister almost two years ago. He’s been supporting her financially and emotionally, doing everything he can to make sure she’s taken care of. Pancho has been a solid rock for his family, working harder than anyone could possibly imagine.

We Appreciate You

We appreciate any sort of thought and prayers, and would be incredibly grateful for any sort of donations if you can give, or any shares this fundraiser could get. If we could get the word out, we could get closer to our goal and that much closer to reuniting Pancho and his family, his wife and son, and his little sister.

 Who Am I

I am his wife, Madison Rodriguez Mofield. We have been together since high school, and we got married a year ago. Every day without him has been an uphill battle, and every time I get news about him, I feel like the hill is turning to a steep mountain. He is the greatest man I have ever met. He has made me a much better person than I was before we met, and he's always encouraged me to do what I love. He's never once been violent, and he's never yelled at me or our sister or our son. Days without him are painful, and I love him very much.

The experiences he has given me is the opposite of what I was taught growing up. He showed me what life is like when it is good, and he's my best friend, and I need him, and his sister needs him. Emrys, our baby, need his father. He's the most loving man I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I will greatly appreciate any sort of help that anyone can give to reunite us with my husband.
