After ten years apart, our family is finally reuniting with my youngest daughter, Jamie. In 2016, Jamie’s dad moved out of state with her and cut off all communication. For years, we had no way to reach her, and she was told we didn’t want contact—which was never true. This May, everything changed when Jamie reached out, and now we have the chance to welcome her home before she starts her next year of high school.

Jamie will be visiting from August 8th to August 28th, and we want to make this time as special as possible. She’s excited to reconnect with her sister, and we’re planning to revisit some of her favorite childhood activities—like Six Flags, the Perot Museum, and water parks. We also hope to try new adventures together, such as a ropes course and a safari, and celebrate Serenity’s birthday with a family dinner out. Funds raised will help cover extra activities, travel expenses, and make this reunion a truly memorable experience for everyone.
