<div>Hi my name is Lizbeth, I’m creating this fundraiser on behalf of my husband Mauricio Herrera. He is a loving and present father to his three daughters and wife. He is a hard worker, and he brings a positive presence to those around him. We are raising funds to cover his bond and reunite him with his family.

<div>On September 17th 2025Mauricio was on his way back home from work when he got detained by Ice. It was extremely difficult for him and all of us. There was a lot of fear, stress and suffering during those days apart. It was one of the hardest situation our family has ever experienced.

<div>It has been 7 long months since he been detained. Mauricio recently had court on April 14th, he qualified for a bond but unfortunately I don’t have the money to bail him out and bring him back home to his family. He has a high bond and we are going through a hardship since my husband was the head of house hold it’s been difficult for me to get the money to cover his bond and legal fees.

<div>El 17 de septiembre de 2025 Mauricio regresaba a casa del trabajo cuando fue detenido por ICE. Fue una experiencia extremadamente difícil, tanto para él como para todos nosotros. Hubo mucho miedo, estrés y sufrimiento durante esos días de separación. Fue una de las situaciones más difíciles que nuestra familia ha tenido que enfrentar jamás.

<div>Han pasado ya 7 largos meses desde que fue detenido. Mauricio tuvo recientemente una audiencia judicial el 14 de abril; calificó para obtener una fianza, pero, lamentablemente, no cuento con el dinero necesario para pagarla y traerlo de regreso a casa con su familia. El monto de su fianza es elevado y estamos atravesando una situación económica muy difícil; dado que mi esposo era el sostén principal del hogar, me ha resultado muy complicado conseguir el dinero para cubrir tanto su fianza como los honorarios legales.
