<div>On May 30, 2025, James’s father, was taken by individuals claiming to be immigration official— with no warrant, no ID, and no prior notice. They falsely claimed there was a court-ordered arrest, even though Jose was already in the immigration process legally.

Despite continued interference from the biological mother, Jose has always shown up — providing for James, attending every school event, and spending every court-ordered parenting day with him.
