Help The Sharma Family

Donation protected
At 12:05 a.m. on Monday, March 2, 2020, Regina police were dispatched to a report of an incident involving a single vehicle, which was in the ditch off Ring Road between Albert Street and Wascana Parkway in Regina. There were three individuals inside the vehicle. The driver, Ali, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The two other individuals (Harsh Sharma and Brijesh Patel) were taken to the hospital by Emergency Medical Services. Brijesh is in serious but stable condition at this time. Harsh Sharma is one of the two men who survived this horrific accident. Although he did survive, Harsh is currently on a ventilator that is breathing for him due to the severe head injuries he has suffered. Harsh is a 22 year-old Student living in Canada with all other family members living in Patiala, India. Harsh's father was able to fly in to Regina from Patiala on Tuesday morning to see his son, but the rest of the family is not as fortunate. This GoFundMe campaign has been set up to provide the Sharma family immediate and long term financial support for Harsh’s medical care, travel expenses, and other costs incurred. 100% of donations will be withdrawn and given directly to Harsh’s father in hopes of helping ease the financial burden that no family should have to bear. As the organizer of this campaign, Shae Foster will be withdrawing all funds to her account and giving them directly to Mr. Sharma. If, however, Mr. Sharma has returned to India at such time of withdrawal, she will wire transfer all funds to Mr. Sharma’s bank account in India. Costs for the wire transfer will be deducted from the money to be transferred. Any donations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
