<div>Moving to NC 7 years ago was a huge blessing. Unfortunately, after 30+ years, my beautiful wife informed me she no longer wished to be married. Upon hearing this, my son &amp; my daughter-in-law immediately drove 8 hours to Pittsburgh &amp; invited me to move into a tiny house on their lot.

<div>I felt so blessed. My son is my very best friend. With the recent addition of our 5-month-old granddaughter, we planned to enjoy many tea parties with 'Paps'.

<div><strong>We believe the little house was built around 1930. Upkeep appeared to be good until recently the water heater located in the attic started to fall through the ceiling. Within the last century, termites have destroyed the ceiling support.</strong>
</div>
<div><strong>After numerous estimates, repairs will exceed $15,000. Accounting for tax etc., numbers add up quickly.</strong>

<div>On this holiday, we thank you in advance for assisting me and my little fur baby, Reagan.
</div>
<div>God bless you all!
