<div>We are raising funds to help with recovery and rebuilding from the floods in Asheville. Our family glass studio has been shut down indefinitely due to structural damage to our foundation and electrical system. Our building is at risk of falling into the river and may be condemned. Glass art is our sole source of income, so this is all hard to write. We do not know when or if we will be able to work in our building again, and we are not sure what the future may hold, other than our commitment to our art is stronger than ever. My wife and I are both out of work for the foreseeable future. Any funds raised here will be used to rebuild and clean our studio, fund the next couple months while the building is being repaired, fund travel to other studios to work, and pay our immediate bills. Our objective is to rebuild our art community stronger than ever, and hopefully be able to offer studio space to artists who lost their studios completely, once/if our building is safe again. With a heavy heart I thank you for your consideration, extremely grateful for the support our community has shown, we hope to build our local art community back stronger than ever. We thank you with all our hearts.
