Help Replace Mariana's Stolen Car

On the morning of February 25th, our sorority sister Mariana Gonzales was dropping off fellow sisters of Sigma Lambda Gamma after hosting them for our regional retreat. She stepped out of the car to help them remove their bags from the trunk and a man entered the driver's seat. When she confronted him, he hit her with the vehicle and drove off with not only her car, but also her art supplies, phone, and more.

Luckily, Mariana escaped the situation with just a few bruises, but now she's faced with the burden of replacing her car as well as the stolen items. Her insurance will not be covering the cost of her vehicle OR art supplies, and as a senior majoring in studio art, her supplies are essential to her academic career.

Mariana is a hard-working first generation college student, and is a force of kindness on our campus. She has handled the situation with incredible humility and strength. Any amount, whether $1 or $20, helps support her through this strenuous time. Thank you for your support and donations!
