Newtown Square Railroad Car Restoration

Invest in the future of the only Wooden Passenger Car (PK Class) left in existence. Newtown Square PA Railroad Museum (located @ Drexel Lodge Park, 4140 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square PA) is home to the last of its kind. Our 1902 Passenger Car is in dire need of roof restoration and structural repair.  We started the restoration of the roof in November and came across unplanned structural deterioration which needs additional funds to repair.  Please help us keep this treasure around for generations to come and experience what it was like in its original state.  While we are still closed to the public due to Covid-19, the Passenger Car along with the Box Car, Caboose, Original Freight Station, and Trolly Car #23 continue to be in need of repair. Please help us keep these pieces of history alive for all to enjoy.
