<div><strong>Met veel dankbaarheid kijk ik terug op vier intensieve jaren aan The Juilliard School in New York, waarin ik dankzij jullie genereuze steun mijn droom heb kunnen realiseren en mij volledig heb kunnen ontwikkelen als cellist. In mei heb ik mijn Bachelor of Music afgerond. De afgelopen jaren waren rijk aan inspirerende ervaringen, maar kenden ook een diep persoonlijk verlies door het overlijden van mijn hoofdvakdocent Joel Krosnick, wiens invloed nog dagelijks richting geeft aan mijn ontwikkeling. Ik zet nu mijn volgende stap: een Master of Music aan Juilliard, in september start ik in de studio van Astrid Schween. De financiële realiteit van studeren in New York blijft onverminderd groot; iedere vorm van steun die mijn vervolgstudie mogelijk maakt, blijft daarom welkom.</strong>

<div>With great gratitude I look back on four intensive years at The Juilliard School in New York, during which I have been able to realize my dream and fully develop myself as a cellist thanks to your generous support. In May, I completed my Bachelor of Music. These past years were rich in inspiring experiences, but also marked by a profound personal loss due to the passing of my teacher, Joel Krosnick, whose influence continues to guide my development every day. I am now taking my next step: a Master of Music at Juilliard. In September, I will begin studying in the studio of Astrid Schween. The financial reality of studying in New York remains as demanding as ever; any form of support that makes this continuation possible is therefore deeply appreciated.
