Rein is our resilient three-legged Frenchie who has already overcome so much. After surviving a traumatic dog attack that left him septic and cost him a leg, Rein amazed us all by bouncing back. For two years, he lived life to the fullest—playing, running, and keeping up with our other dogs. His joyful spirit never faded, and he quickly became the heart of our home.

Recently, everything changed. Out of nowhere, Rein let out a loud yelp and began losing mobility in his only hind leg. Each day, his condition has worsened, and he’s now struggling to do the things he loves most. We’ve started medical management, but it’s clear Rein needs more specialized care. The options include IVDD surgery or a series of intensive therapies like laser therapy and acupuncture. These treatments are urgent if we want to give Rein the best chance at regaining his mobility and quality of life.

My husband and I just moved into a bigger home to give our dogs more space, but this crisis happened the very day we moved in. The unexpected timing has put a real strain on our budget, making it difficult to cover Rein’s medical expenses.
