<div>Nepal’s rural communities are facing some severe challenges:

<div>·         Deforestation, land degradation, and loss of biodiversity
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>·         Food insecurity due to low agricultural productivity
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>·         Youth migration driven by lack of economic opportunities
</div>

</div>
<div>To tackle these issues, the project will plant 3,000 trees this year including monkey-deterrent crops like, lemon, avocado, walnut and Sichuan pepper—high-value plants that protect against wildlife damage and create lasting income for local communities.

<div>With guidance from PSD Nepal, a trusted local NGO, the project will:

<div>·         Empower women and youth to stay and thrive in their villages
