Help Redi get the surgery she needs

So my dog was out for a walk with my mom and while they were waiting to cross the street a red car appears to have been aiming for my dog standing mere inches off the curb hits her and drives away. The car hit her so hard in not sure how she's ok I guess I'm just very lucky. Now I'm finally at the hospital after scraping together $800 after I was told the high was only $762, now I'm looking at a bill for an additional $200 plus a surgery from a bone specialist that's estimated between $1500 - $2500. Apparently if we don't operate it could get slightly worse. If you were at SparkleCon on Saturday you may have met my girl.  I'm at the strangest point in my life and I feel insane begging people for money for my dog when there are starving people everywhere I turn. I'd do anything in the world to repay anyone that donated. I can't explain in words what she means to me. Definitely will be keeping updates going to social media. She's had a rough life, allergic to basically everything, and she's been returned to the shelter 5 times that shelter knew about.  I'd be more than grateful to anyone that donated. She's really a wonderful dog friendly, goofy, loves kids, will behaved and fun as hell to be around. I'm completely tapped out and completely embarrassed begging for money on the internet but my dog doesn't deserve this at all. It sucks I can't file a police report because it's"property" just loving breathing property that's all.
