My heart is broken, but my spirit remains unshaken. My studio, White Lotus, was completely destroyed by the Pacific Palisades Fire, but my commitment to my community and my incredible teachers remains stronger than ever. As a teacher myself, I've seen the love and dedication my team pours into sharing Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, Yoga, Pilates, Bodywork and Wellness with you. I'm eager to get back to doing what I love, and I'm committed to supporting my teachers in doing the same. I'm rising from the ashes to serve you again!
