Help Rebuild Soufrière, Dominica

Greetings to those I know and maybe some of those who I do not know. My fiance and I are starting this page for the family and friends who live in a small Carribean Island called Dominica. My fiance's village community of Soufriere has been damaged beyond recogition after this last hurricane swept through some of the already devasted Carribean islands. The village was spared by the first two hurricanes that passed by shedding only rain, however with this third hurricare they were not so lucky.
The government of Dominica has told its citizens that they will be 'supporting' them with supplies fix and rebuild their homes and businesses. The timeline is unknown.
So John and I are starting a GoFundMe page to start the process off with some support from the Americans who care about this coastal community from abroad. We are hoping you are reading this and can empathize for these people who have been thrust into a new survival mode- no running water, loss of roads, no electricity, and no internet.
Every little bit will help John's family and friends start over, and rebuild what was swept away in one day's work by Mother Earth. Thank you so much for reading this and donating whatever you can if you can. If you cannot donate personally, please share our story of need with your circle. The sooner we can help these people start to rebuild the sooner normal life practices can resume. I cannot put a price on the amount of damages this natural disaster has caused, but I know our generous spirits can ease the pain of the experience.
