<div>A beloved community bar in Rochester, NY was recently devastated by a fire that destroyed the entire building. This bar was more than just a place to grab a drink—it was a safe haven for everyone who’s different. Queer people, alternative folks, musicians, and artists all found a home here. It was the kind of place where you could walk in alone and leave with new friends, thanks to cheap drinks and good company. The loss of this space has left a hole in the heart of our community.

<div>The fire not only took away a gathering spot, but also left staff without jobs and a building in need of major repairs. The bar brought people together, offering acceptance and friendship to anyone who walked through its doors. Now, we’re asking for your help to rebuild what was lost. Your support will go directly toward repairing the damage and helping staff who are facing uncertainty after losing their livelihoods.
