Our ramada and two food trucks were caught in the fire and unfortunately lost the whole restaurant.  As a result of the fire, the restaurant will be closed for rebuilding. Unfortunately, we do not have insurance to cover our loss. My mother worked hard to save up her money and paid out of pocket to create her American Dream. After 4 years of hard work and dedication, Rancho la Candelaria became a beloved restaurant here in the valley.
