While visiting Jamaica, I witnessed the devastating impact of Hurricane Melissa. The storm tore through communities, leaving behind shattered homes and broken spirits. One story that truly touched me was that of Precious—a kind, hardworking woman whose roof was ripped away during the hurricane.

Precious shares her home with her elderly mother. Now, with the roof gone and the structure compromised, their house is no longer safe to live in. They’ve lost not just shelter, but the comfort and security of their family space.

I’m starting this fundraiser to help Precious rebuild. Our goal is to restore a roof over their heads and make their home livable again. Every donation—big or small—will go directly toward materials, labor, and essentials to get them back on their feet.
