Help rebuild Philippines Village

My dad an ex Royal Navy veteran of 23 years had to give up his job in Saudi to visit his mum (my granmother) in the UK but sadly she passed away and 2 weeks later his brother (my uncle also passed away. He was in lockdown for 15 weeks before he was allowed to fly back to the Philippines to be with his wife and now the Super Typhoon has ripped the city where he lives apart including flooding his house losing so much.
He is trying to help the community and bought diesel fuel for a generator so locals could charge their phones and speak with their loved ones on the mainland.
He wants to help those who have had their small houses torn apart and is asking if you can give anything so he can help in the local community.
