Help rebuild my family house - Tornado wreck

My parents have been calling Nashville home for 6 years now, and are the proud owners of a local French food market called Little Gourmand.
As 2020 already been hard for everyone, it has also been particularly eventful for small businesses. And as if all of this wasn't enough, a rare meteorological effect called a Derecho (which are strong vertical winds - this one was as powerful as a category 1 hurricane) wrecked part of their house on May 4th around 4:45pm. It has been a particularly scary moment for my mother, my father, and my little sister, as a huge tree came crashing down on a part of the house they were a few feet from. Thankfully no one was injured and they were able to run to the basement to take shelter. Photos are at the end of this post.
They think insurance will cover part of it, but at least 5000$ as to come from their own pocket, maybe more.
I know my parents feel too bad to be asking for help, so I decided to do it for them.
Anything helps, even kind words !
