<div>Hi, my name is William, founder and executive chef of La Spaghettata.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Five years ago, my girlfriend Constance and I started this journey from nothing. Just <strong>passion</strong>, long days, and a belief that we could build something meaningful. Step by step, we created a kitchen that now produces over 2 tons of artisanal pasta each month, serving restaurants, catering events, sharing our craft through workshops and hosting private dinners all rooted in our southern Mediterranean culture. See some of our work below.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>La Spaghettata is more than a business to us. It’s our life. Our energy. Our <strong>dream</strong>.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Yesterday on March 20, everything changed (see below for the photos).
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>A <strong>fire </strong>broke out next to our kitchen… and in a matter of moments, it <strong>took everything</strong> with it. Our machines, mixers, blast chillers, all our equipment, our entire inventory, and all the fresh batches we had prepared. Years of work, gone overnight.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are heartbroken. But we are not giving up.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>What we built came from nothing once. And we believe, with your <strong>support</strong>, we can build it again.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is not just about replacing equipment. It’s about giving us the chance to stand back up, to keep <strong>creating</strong>, to keep <strong>sharing </strong>our passion, and to continue the <strong>journey </strong>we started together.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If you’ve ever enjoyed our food, supported our work, or know how hard-working and passionate we are, or seen all the sacrifices that we have made to come here, or simply <strong>believe </strong>in small businesses driven by passion and <strong>craft</strong>, today we ask for your help. Every contribution, no matter the size, will help us rebuild La Spaghettata and bring our kitchen back to life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>From the bottom of our hearts, <strong>thank you</strong> for being part of our story.
</div>
